Opened in 2014, JB's has become well known all over the region. We are located in the beautiful Finger Lakes, just 10 minutes north of Keuka Lake and 5 minutes from Steuben Brewing Company. We serve the best aged Iowa Premium 100% Black Angus Beef. All of our steaks are cut in-house. Our menu features pastas, steaks, stuffed burgers, salads and much more. We offer different specials each weekend along well as our famous Mac and Cheese and Prime Rib.

When you step into JB's, you'll have a hard time believing what is used to be....an EXCAVATION SHOP! Barry and Jim ran Cermak Excavating together as father and son for many years before getting the idea that they wanted to transform their shop into a full-service restaurant. After the Pinegrove Inn, located down the road burned down, this sparked their motivation to start the project because the town sadly lost one of the only restaurants in the area and they wanted a place for friends and family to be able to eat and drink year-round.
In April 2014, JB's was opened and since then, It's popular destination and has people traveling all over to find to JB's. Most days you'll find Barry overlooking the bar (maybe with 1 or 2 Michelob Ultra drafts) and Jim doing anything from bartending, cook, server, host and much more!
Unfortunately, Barry passed away on May 19, 2022 at home surrounded by his loved ones.
